Please take note of the following information to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Due to much of our products being rare, out of print, vintage, or otherwise gently used, keep in mind that the condition of the products varies. Be careful to read each product's description carefully. We do our best to accurately describe the condition and wear of each item. Therefore, we do not accept returns for items due to dissatisfaction with an item's condition or wear, as each item's condition is stated clearly in each item's description. We are also not responsible for damaged incurred by mail service. We do ship books with protective plastic sleeves and supported by cardboard to ensure a safe delivery.
We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our products as we see fit. Many of the items we carry are limited and collectible and may increase or decrease in value over time due to market demand. No partial refund or price adjustment will be given for an item previously purchased. A returned item will receive a refund equivalent to the price paid at the time of purchase.
BE AWARE THAT WE WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST 48 HOURS (2 BUSINESS DAYS / NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE WILL SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THAT TIME FRAME. PLEASE BE PATIENT. THERE MAY BE ORDERS AHEAD OF YOURS.
In rare cases we might be out of stock of a certain item once you have ordered it. This may be due to a customer before you having purchased that item immediately before you. Please note that this is a very rare occurrence. Typically our system will immediately remove the item from the site once it is purchased. More about your payment of your order in the Payment section.
Due to the high demand for many of these items, we cannot hold the item(s) you ordered. Items must be paid for to ensure their availability. Simply placing them in the shopping cart does not guarantee their availability until purchased.
*NOTE*: ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT CANNOT BE CANCELED OR ALTERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! IF YOU REQUEST TO CANCEL AN ORDER, IT MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT. OTHERWISE THE ORDER WOULD LIKELY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. KEEP IN MIND THAT SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
There are also times that we will come across an order with problems. Usually, these problems are:
• Declined credit cards
• Delay in shipping the order due to conventions
• A canceled order
We will notify our customers of the situation and explain what has happened based on the incidents listed above. During convention weekends, orders are shipped the following Monday. To avoid credit card declines, we recommend you verify your card's spending limits before placing an order. More about payment instructions in the Payment section.

It is our goal to keep all items shown on the site in stock. However, it may be possible for an item to sell out. This means it is not a guarantee that a certain item is available. On rare occasions, a customer prior to you may have bought the item that you have placed in your cart. You can check with us if have any questions regarding an item(s) availability. E-mail the name of our product and its location (which page or category) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do ship partial orders. There is a possibility that we may not have an item(s) in stock that you have ordered, but have the rest of your order available to ship out. We will ship out the available item(s) that the customer has ordered. We will not charge the customer for the item(s) that were not available. We will only charge for the available items. Please find other alternatives if the items are no longer in stock.
As the customer, you have a right for to cancel any order that you have made. If you prefer shipping in separate batches, please indicate how you want us to ship or cancel your order on the Add a note to your order box of your Shopping Cart. Once an order is shipped, it will be difficult to cancel your order. The order must be returned at the customer's expense.
