Pound Puppies Pencil Sharpener

Rare vintage Pound Puppies product from 1986. Still sealed on blister card. Pencil sharpener in great condition, untouched, no visible rust on blade. Backing card has a crease on top corner and residue from price tag. Plastic blister has dents on top and bottom edges. Sharpener is approximately 2.5 inches tall. Backing card is approximately 8 inches tall.
